Our KOKOnista for today is non other than the stylish Janelle Marie Lloyd. Originally from Atlanta, the gorgeous blogger has been studying and working in New York City for almost 10 years. You could say she is a fashion and retail industry vet with experience in buying, styling, product development, and marketing.
She got her start in the Bloomingdale’s buying office, where she bought for apparel and home. Since then, she has worked as a freelance wardrobe and prop stylist for the likes of Ralph Lauren and Club Monaco, helped manage an emerging apparel brand, and consulted for brands on their content strategies. Janelle also have a passion for decor and It’s more of an obsession to her.
She went back to school to study interior design and dabble in design projects whenever she can. She appears to be in love with learning and personal growth and she recently got her MBA from NYU and now work at Google in the heart of NYC’s meatpacking district. After blogging with her sister for two and a half years over at Girls Off Fifth, Janelle launched WYNT to share her own personal style, travels, and love of interiors. Her goal is to inspire stylish living and highlight accessible pieces that you’ll want to add to your wardrobe or home.
