The 5 Random New Things To Watch Out For In 2017

By KOKO TV

As we step into the the future — 2017 to be exact, what are the exciting things to look forward to? Last year couldn’t have been crazier. It was Unbecoming at times, Recessive for most part, Daddy Freezeing-controversial intermittently and then we had….Kanye West. Sadly it had to end. While 2016 might have been a bit unpredictable, here are 5 things we know are definitely going to happen in 2017. AND WE ARE EXCITED!!!
50 Shades Darker
The second instalment of the steamy trilogy sees a wounded Christian Grey trying to entice a cautious Anastasia Steele back into his life but she demands a new arrangement before she will give him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian’s past start to circle them, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together. It will be hitting the cinema screens on February 10 2017, released perfectly on time just before the naughty valentine period.

iPhone 7s
Apple will update its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices in 2017 to “iPhone 7s” and “iPhone 7s Plus,” according to recent rumors. The company is rumored to release three new iPhones next year, a 4.7-inch model with a single-lens camera and LCD display, a 5.5-inch model with a dual-lens camera and LCD display as well as an all-new OLED model with a dual-lens camera. Next year’s lineup might also include an all-new red color along with the current Black, Jet Black, Gold, Rose Gold, and Silver shades. The phones also were rumored to be feature a bezel-less design.

Slogans Will Be The New Logos
Logo mania took 2016 fashion by storm, but for 2017, brands are focused less on themselves and more on getting a message of togetherness across. Michael Kors intarsia-ed a sweater with the word love, Haider Ackermann went with be your own hero on tees, and Dior’s Maria Grazia Chiuri chose Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s phrase we should all be feminists. Hear hear!

Automated Car Safety Features and Driverless Capabilities
Medical costs related to auto accidents are getting astronomical daily. But car manufacturers and technology companies are hoping that can change. They’re adding automatic features, like drowsiness alerts and collision warning systems, that they hope will reduce car accidents and human error. With nomophobia, a smartphone addiction, afflicting more of us each day, any efforts that can reduce accidents and auto deaths is a great idea. (Of course, biking or walking instead of driving is always the healthiest option!)

Know The Real Tiwa-Billz Story
This threatened to become a cold case at a time but Nigerians are elephants. They rarely forget something. Even if the lady is gradually taking over the female music kingdom in Africa or the husband is reconnection with his spiritual roots or even that the duo are rumoured to be working on their relationship. We have been troubled for most part of the year about what the real story was. Was there really a case of infidelity to be answered? And the drugs were just part of an act? And what happened on the bridge Banky W ran to? All the answers are definitely going to come out of the shadows. The same way the man is coming out of his imposed hibernation.
